Made with simple, whole-food ingredients and no refined sugar, this constipation-friendly jam fits perfectly into breakfast, snacks, or even desserts. It’s ideal for picky eaters, sensitive tummies, and anyone wanting to keep digestion running smoothly — naturally.


INGREDIENTS

4 cups of frozen berries

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup chia seeds


METHOD

1. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan on high heat.

2. Let boil and once the berries are soft enough, turn to low heat, mashing them with a fork or potato masher. Mash and stir.

3. Remove from stove after about 5 minutes and place in fridge to cool for 5-10 minutes.


WAYS TO HAVE THIS

  1. Mix into oatmeal and sprinkle some hemp hearts on top for added fats/protein

  2. Add to your toast on top of cashew cream cheese or natural nut butters

  3. Spread on top of pancakes or waffles for some added nutrition and flavor

  4. Mix with Greek yogurt, berries, and granola to make some delicious Greek yogurt parfaits
