You know what you need to do to recover, but it can feel impossible to implement change when you are feeling lethargic and have low motivation. The first step is to work on improving energy through thorough lab and hormone investigation, making easy nutritional changes, and starting an energy boosting herb and nutrient regimen.

Focus on foundations

As you develop more resiliency and energy, we can focus on further improving foundations and garnering more control over your health. This may look like meal preparation, getting started on a workout regimen, or any other goals that you might have been inspired but too tired to implement. These recommendations will be individualized to your values and goals

Maintaining Momentum

As we get to this stage of the plan, consistency is key. Achieving your previous goals is only step one, we need to figure out ways to maintain this momentum even when life throws unexpected challenges your way. Momentum check-ins are going to be key for keeping on track and helping you to have a plan to face new challenges head on.
