Acupuncture is a centuries old practice that helps to realign nervous and sensory systems. Acupuncture can be used as part of a comprehensive health plan from a rebalancing perspective or from a pain management perspective. Cupping or electrostimulation of needles may be used to enhance treatment impact.

Fertility, pregnancy and labor support
Acupuncture has been shown to improve fertility success rates by 40-60% alongside IVF treatments. Acupuncture works by improving blood flow to the reproductive organs and calms the nervous system down – two important factors required when trying to conceive.
Specific protocols can be used during pregnancy to help ease nausea, physical pain, breech positioning, improving sleep and anxiety, as well as encouraging onset of labor.
Facial and cosmetic acupuncture
Cosmetic acupuncture uses very thin, intradermal needles to tighten muscles of the face and encourage collagen production to address fine lines and sagging skin. Specific protocols can be implemented alleviate acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation
During this treatment you will receive:
- Facial massage to assess the tone of the muscles
- Facial acupuncture with needles targeted to muscles and fine lines
- Facial massage with a jade roller and gua sha to improve lymphatic drainage and decrease inflammation
